Vanilla Maple Granola


Vanilla Maple Granola

  • 1/4 cup Coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup Maple syrup ((or alternative sticky sweeter))
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 2 cups Rolled oats
  • 1 scoop (30g) Protein Powder ((I used vanilla))
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius

    Over a medium heat, combine the coconut oil with the maple syrup until melted together

    Take off heat and add in vanilla essence, oats, protein powder, salt and cinnamon

    Combine all together and spread over a baking tray which is lined with baking paper

    Place in oven for 10 minutes

    Take the tray out and stir up the mixture (otherwise, the bottom parts will be soggy and not crispy like the top)

    Place back in the oven for 6-8 minutes until golden
