- 1 cup Almond meal
- 1.5 cup Rolled oats
- 1/2 cup Chopped macadamia
- 1/2 cup Desiccated coconut
- 1/4 cup Coconut oil
- 1/3 cup Maple syrup
- 1/3 cup Coconut sugar
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
Preheat oven to 150 degrees Celsius
In a large bowl, combine together the oats, macadamias, coconut and almond meal.
On a low heat over the stove, melt coconut oil, coconut sugar and maple syrup.
Add in the water and bi carb soda and stir, (it will become bubbly.)
Combine wet ingredients into dry ingredients.
Form cookie shapes and place onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Cook in oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
*I let mine sit in the turned-off oven to cool after cooking for an additional 15 minutes to create the soft centre-crunchy outside type of cookie*
